Can I make changes to an existing order?
Yes, you can absolutely make changes to an order. Call us at 0346-6265652 and we will make the required changes for you.
WILL I RECEIVE THE SAME PRODUCT I SEE IN THE PHOTO?
Yes, we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your screen resolution, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes only if the order is not dispatched yet. You can contact our customer service department to get your order canceled

DO I HAVE TO REGISTER TO MAKE AN ONLINE PURCHASE?
You can make an online purchase as a guest, without having to create a user account in the online store. We recommend having a user account, as it will make shopping easier by saving an address book and your payment details. You also have a record of orders, returns and invoices.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
It takes 3-4 business days for your order to be delivered at your doorstep. Orders placed on Sunday or any gazetted holidays will be sent for processing on the next working day. During rush hours or delays in verification of information, orders can face temporary delays.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING COST?
PKR 160 will be charged on order value of less than PKR 2500. We provide free shipping for orders valued above PKR 2500 within Pakistan.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT AT HOME WHEN THE ORDER IS DELIVERED?
The order will be at the courier warehouse, Courier will call for the confirmation, and then it will be re-attempted. Order will be re-attempted twice and if not collected, order will be returned back to shipper
